9.0This first floor apartment, overlooking the piazza on one side and the lake on the other, is beautifully situated. It is very spacious, spotless clean and has everything one requires for a comfortable stay. We spent a lot of time in the large farm style kitchen, which leads onto a little outside patio. I stayed for 3 + weeks with a friend. We only used two of the three bedrooms, which were comfortable. The village is lovely and has great restaurants, a good little superette, cafes and heaps of ambiance. Elisa was amazing and attended to minor maintenance issues and requests for information extremely quickly. She could not have done more for us. She even booked me a pedicure. 😀 There was a lovely bottle of wine as a welcome gift, and overall, it was a most enjoyable stay.

10.0From the minute, I walked through the door, it felt like I was home. The apartment, was very beautifully, decorated and spacious. The kitchen with the connecting terrace was where we ate our cozy breakfasts, And in the evening, we ate at the dining room table that fits eight people! Our hostess was so gracious and helped us with anything we needed. We look forward to returning to Panicale, the people there are all so friendly and kind.

10.0Fabulous location in beautiful Panicale. Elisa was so helpful and very kind. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious and the terrace was a bonus. Highly recommended.
− There are some temporary building works close by but Elisa did her best to make sure the disruption was minimal.
