Bad choice we made.

− When we checked in at our booked time, the room was not even ready. We had booked the room the previous evening for a 12:00 PM check-in the next day. However, they had allotted the same room to another customer from the morning until 12:00 PM. As a result, when we arrived, the room was neither cleaned nor ready, and we were made to wait outside for more than an hour. Luckily, there was a nearby beach where my family could spend some time. Otherwise, we would have had no place to wait. Even after returning from beach after one hour also they dint gave the room for us , made us to wait still. It is ridiculous. This is completely unacceptable. When we are waiting outside another customer also wait with us and saying the same type of issue. Customers are being misled in this way. We are frequent travelers and have never had such a bad experience at any hotel or resort.

Great budget stay near the beach
9.0Sarath Kumar, the caretaker was smiling young man who was ready to help us with our requests from arranging food or giving directions. The property is a simple one but its located at a 2min walk from the sea. Grocery shops and a few eating joints were at a 5-7min walking distance from the villa.
− Nothing is particular. Maybe the approach lanes are narrow so may be a bit difficult to enter with any large vehicle. They also have limited parking for about five 2-wheelers. Couple of cars can be parked just outside the Beach Villa in the lane next to the property. The beach is okay-not too dirty, not too clean.
