Rooms with a view
9.0Der Balkon und die verschiedenen Terrassen des Hostels mit Blick auf die Fischerboote, das glitzernde Wasser und den Strand/die Insel dahinter fanden wir großartig. Zudem haben wir uns in das Fischerdorf verliebt, von dem das Hostel umgeben ist. Eine Insel der Authentizität im oft recht konstruiert wirkenden Yeosu. Hoffentlich bleibt es noch lange so! Es gab gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Cafés in der Umgebung, eins auch im Haus. Das Personal erlebten wir als sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
− Wir möchten dies nicht als Kritik am Hostel verstanden haben, sondern als Hinweis für Gäste, die möglicherweise ähnlich ahnungslos nach Yeosu reisen wie wir: Yeosu ist ein weitläufiges Konglomerat von Orten mit verschiedenen Zentren. Einige Sehenswürdigkeiten und ein Strand sind vom Hostel aus super zu erreichen. Andere befinden sich jedoch weit entfernt. Wer kein Auto hat und wie wir als Nicht-Koreaner:innen kein Fahrrad mieten kann, ist auf die umständliche Streckenführung der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angewiesen oder wandert durch die Stadt und die Parks und Wälder, die die einzelnen Teile trennen. Da vergehen schon mal eineinhalb bis zwei Stunden, bis der eigentliche Ausflug überhaupt erst beginnen kann, obwohl man sich immer noch im Stadtgebiet befindet. Beide Bahnhöfe Yeosus sind vom Hostel aus mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nicht direkt zu erreichen. Die Inselwelt ist aufgrund des zeitlichen Aufwands ohne Auto/Fahrrad nur begrenzt zu erkunden. Wir empfehlen, das in die Planung einzubeziehen.
Comfortable stay with a beautiful balcony view near the beach
10.0I had a really pleasant stay here. The host was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. I especially loved the balcony view - it was beautiful and relaxing. The location is also very convenient, close to the beach and easy to get around. There are many great local restaurants nearby, so finding delicious food was easy. I would definitely stay here again.
Great family run hotel next to the seafront!
10.0Very clean and comfortable! Excellent location for travelling around the south and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The downstair bar/restaurant served a wonderful squid bibimbap! Would definitely visit again!

10.0Le personnel est au petit soin pour nous, la chambre est immense avec coin cuisine. Le rooftop est un plus, surtout pour le sunset!! Merci pour l accueil , je reviendrai sans hésiter
