9.0地點方便、是電梯大樓、浴室 熱水充足、室內溫暖
− 四個人入住時因為有兩張床需要另外鋪在客廳休息、有行李的情況下會有點困難、如果房間內改成雙層床或是日式通舖會更好一點

10.0역에서 매우 가깝고 근처에 경찰서도 있습니다.(코방) 숙소 바로 옆에는 세븐과 로손이 있으며 시설도 좋았습니다. 가족 세명이서 방문했고 싱글 침대 두개, 침구 하나를 이용했으며 침구류도 좋았습니다. 커피포트, 인덕션, 전자렌지, 에어프라이어 모두 브랜드며 사용하기 용이했고 식기들도 다양하게 구비되어 있었습니다. 주변 소음도 없고 스스키노까진 걸어서 10분 정도 거리라 굳이 스스키노 쪽보다는 이쪽이 좋은 것 같네요. 다음에도 오게 된다면 여기로 올 것 같습니다.

− Although the description says the place can accommodate 4 people, I could imagine that it could be quite cram if there are four adults with a lot of luggage, luckily we were just a couple and the space is perfect for us

10.0生活用品一應俱全，以下列舉店家準備的用品： 鍋碗餐具、菜刀砧板、馬克杯玻璃杯煮水壺、微波爐烤箱電飯鍋IH爐、垃圾袋菜瓜布，洗衣機洗衣精晾衣架，盥洗用具全套（只沒有專門的洗面乳）、浴巾洗臉巾吹風機，冷暖氣wifi 智慧型電視等等。 寢室有兩張單人床，衣櫃裡尚有兩組枕頭棉被跟床墊，客廳的矮桌移開即可多兩張床鋪。 離地鐵南北線中島公園站走路僅不到五分鐘交通方便，在這邊住了四個晚上，滿意到可以說是幸福感都漫出來了🥹
Pretty central for location
7.0Hosts were very nice and accommodating with our request for early check in as we are travelling with seniors. Room was nice and clean and check in process was fairly easy if one has access to proper internet. (via pre-check in process) Apartment was quiet and clean overall, and walking around the area was pretty easy. Getting to the trains was also super convenient with a 5min walk.
− Room was a little small, but as it's in the city and very close to our intended location it suited our purpose quite well. Corridors in the apartment had some turpentine smell - but I guess it could be due to their recent paint work. Parking can be a slight challenge if there is an ongoing event nearby.
