Sincèrement pas grand chose Très déçu

− Une seule clef pour quatre personnes alors que chacun fait sa vie c est pas assez... On a, dû insister pour en avoir une seconde. Et pour récupérer la caution c étais une catastrophe car le propriétaire ne voulait pas se lever tôt pour venir constater et rendre la caution... ( on pouvait pas changer notre vol pour qu'il puisse dormir plus tard) n importe quoi. Bref pas sérieux et pas beau. Appartement loué pour 4 personnes alors qu en bas il n y avait qu un clic clac de mauvaise qualité... Une véritable catastrophique ce séjour... Plus jamais.

− The property was advertised with air conditioning. However it was not air conditioned and only 1 ventilator was available for the sofa-bed, kitchen and sitting room (ground floor) and bedroom and bathroom (above floor) Poor Wi-fi connection. The owner had to replace the whole system including internet network provider after 4 days after we arrived The owner or the property was the worse of these 10 days holidays for myself and my other 2 friends. He was very difficult to deal with and disrespectful showing up at the property twice before 9 am without previous warning, requesting 120 euros 4 days after arrival, as deposit for requesting one keys for each of us, sending the cleaner the last day at 8h45 am ( check out was at 10h00), threatening to discount from 120 euros (given 4 days after arrival in concept of the keys) the value of one cleaning cloth stained of bleach hanging to be dried, being intimidating the last day from 9 to 10 am being outside his property talking on the phone to allegedly to booking.com management explaining his experience being laud and indiscreet, etc. Full report with details will follow.
