3.0Nun, das Appartement war groß. Aufzug.
− Sehr viel. Die LAGE: direkt gegenüber! befand sich eine große BAUSTELLE. Enormer LÄRM ab morgens 06.30/07.00 bis in den Nachmittag. Die Erschütterungen und der Lärm waren sogar noch bei geschlossenen Türen im Schlafzimmer am anderen Ende des Appartements zu spüren. HYGIENE: mangelhaft. Dicker schwarzer SCHIMMEL in der Dusche, der seit Monaten nicht entfernt wurde. BALKONE: der hintere Balkon ist so schmal, dass man dort nicht wirklich sitzen konnte und man starrt auf die Hauswand gegenüber die ca. 3 Meter entfernt ist. Der vordere Balkon ist nicht wirklich breiter und sehr klein, er liegt direkt an der viel befahrenen Straße mit Aussicht auf die große lärmende Baustelle. KÜCHE: 1 Spülschwamm der benutzt und dreckig war. Das Geschirrhandtuch roch stark. Keine Kaffeemaschine. Sehr wenig Geschirr. WOHNBEREICH: Für 6 Personen reicht der Platz auf dem harten Sofa nicht, eng für 3. SCHLAFZIMMER: sehr harte Betten

10.0Super komfortowy apartament w świetnej lokalizacji. My byliśmy w 4 osoby i było niesamowicie komfortowo. Apartament posiada 3 sypialnie, dwie łazienki i ogromny salon z przedpokojem i kuchnią oraz dwa balkony. Na jednym z nich jest pralka. 6 osób też będzie tu mieć naprawdę bardzo dobry konfort. Bardzo dobry kontakt z Panią właściciel, która jest niesamowicie uprzejma i bardzo pomocna. Wszystkie informacje potrzebne do zamieszkania dostaliśmy że szczegółami. Polecam i pozdrawiam.

7.0Check instructions were clear, owner was friendly. Location is great, close to shops and walkable to St Julians if you dont mind a few hills walking back! If not its easy to get a uber/bolt outside.
− Cleanliness could be better, shower drain was blocked in ensuite room and there were alot of ants in two of the rooms used.
