The owner is a joke

− The owner was rude I've never heard of a check in to start at 3pm.i got asked if wanna check in earlier it will be $20 an hour .while I stayed at work until 6:30pm and arrived just before 7pm and the cleaners where still there.and on the night before the check out they send a email asked if I stay past 10am it's a $20 an hour charge what a joke
