1.0− Durante il mio tour in bici in Sicilia, arrivo a Sambuca e prenoto verso le 18 presso questa struttura. Immediata conferma da parte di booking, quindi mi reco presso il b&b, dove non c'è nessuno. Chiamo ai 2 numeri di telefono indicati sulla targa esterna alla struttura, invio whatsapp e mando messaggio a booking per informare che sono sul posto, ma nessuna risposta. Dopo un'ora invio un altro messaggio whatsapp indicando che, non ricevendo risposta entro 10 minuti sarò costretto a cercare un' altra sistemazione; non ricevendo ancora risposta, cosi faccio e mi reco presso altra struttura in cui vengo immmediatamente accolto.. Passate alcune decine di minuti, vengo contattato dal proprietario che, con modi scortesi, mi dice che lui non può stare sempre davanti al computer e che però in quel momento e' pronto ad accogliermi. Risultato finale: comunicherà a booking.com che ho soggiornato presso di lui nonostante non sia vero, ed io perderò i soldi della prenotazione. In 30 anni che viaggio, e con stato 3 genius di booking, mai avuto un'esperienza cosi negativa. Ed ovviamente nessun rimborso da parte di booking.

7.0Struttura accogliente e pulita, a pochi minuti dal centro e con parcheggio privato. Il proprietario molto disponibile ci ha dato le informazioni base sulla casa e ci ha fornito brochure sulle attrazioni e i luoghi di maggiore interesse.
