− We stayed 1 week, nobody came for cleaning , changing towels or clean the pool. Bed’s not to comfortable.

8.0Localisation super, juste à côté du centre mais zone calme et dans la nature. Extérieurs magnifiques, patio super agréable
− Il manque très peu pour que ce soit vraiment top. Matelas trop vieux (on tombe dans un trou au milieu), poêles en cuisine super vieilles (on a dû probablement manger quelques grammes de teflon), et malheureusement une salle de bain qui n’a pas été nettoyée

10.0Meine Frau und ich wohnen eigentlich in der Nähe von Felanitx, aber wir lieben es, die Insel zu erkunden. Für das verlängerte Wochenende haben wir diese Finca in Alcúdia gebucht, da meine Schwester mit ihrer Familie aus Deutschland zu Besuch kam und wir etwas Geräumiges und Gemütliches brauchten. Das separate Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad war Gold wert.
− Kuche ist funktional, aber etwas spärlich ausgestattet für uns, die gerne kochen.

4.0− Дом старый, жаркий, плохо пахнет. Кухня старая, грязная, холодильник плохо морозит. Стиральная машинка постоянно выдают ошибку. Несколько раз в доме вырубался свет и нам приходилось включать в щитке. Бассейн плохо почищен, зеленое дно. Постельное белье старое и рваное. Полотенца непростираны. Нам оставили только один комплект на 14 дней и мы не могли менять белье и полотенца. В доме ночью были тараканы. Нам не оставили ни мыла, ни средств от насекомых (в этой зоне другие хозяева всегда оставляют). Все средства в аптечке просрочены 2011 годом!!!! Даже замок для ключей при входе сломан. За 7 лет, что проводим на Майорке- это был самый плохой опыт аренды дома.

10.0It is great place to rest in quiet zone. Pool and garden and clear sky!
− There is only one thing that could be upgraded- matress and the pillows. It is simply not comfortable, however it can be personal.
