Casa accogliente e curata ma posizione scomoda

Struttura nuova e moderna, aveva tutto il necessario all’interno. Balconcino grande e perfetto per mangiare o rilassarsi all’aperto, doccia grande e bagno pulito e accogliente, letto comodo e aria condizionata funzionava davvero bene.

− Macchina del caffè non funzionante, ma soprattutto la posizione scomoda e lontana dal lungo mare (dove si esce la sera a Saranda). Il navigatore riporta 20 min a piedi, ma bisogna considerare che sono 15 minuti di salita, senza marciapiedi di notte senza luci é pericoloso e fin troppo stancante. In centro non ci sono parcheggi (centro super trafficato e parcheggiatori abusivi che chiedono 20€ per 2h in parcheggi in cui la tua macchina palesemente non ci sta; ma comunque dopo le 9 tutti i parcheggi anche quelli a pagamento si riempiono), una sera abbiamo dovuto girare mezz’ora con la macchina senza trovare posto per poi decidere di tornare all’hotel e farci altri 25 min a piedi… insomma se volete la comodità negli spostamenti NON consiglio questo hotel. L’unica soluzione è prendere il taxi ma costa circa 15 euro a corsa.

We really enjoyed the big balcony in the apartment and the bed was super comfortable. We also liked that the apartment was just outside the city centre where it was nice and quiet and close to other beautiful beaches. It also had a private parking.

Our 2 weeks stay in the villa was fabulous. Enjoying summer windy breeze in a peaceful neighbourhood with gorgeous mountains views especially during sunset. Villa was new and has modern interior with big balcony. It has kitchen utensils, pots and pans, espresso machine. They provide regular room cleaning service if you are out of the villa. Owner was friendly and respect our privacy. The villa was easy to locate from the main road of Kastrati petrol station. Walking distance on slope/hill to centre Saranda was our option than finding a parking lot and omit parking fees. There’s grocery shops, bakery, restaurants nearby. You can hear calming prayer calls from Mosque Gjashte.

− Just that for long stay, travelling to and fro Saranda to get fresh seafood, meat or others takes a toll. A bigger fridge, proper knife, bedside table or some shelves and blocked out curtain would be lovely addition 😊
