Great location but a very subpar filthy unit
3.0The location was good, we were very happy with the distance to the Plaza. We travelled to KC for the World Cup. The biggest disappointment was the unit itself other than that a great vacation.
− We were prompted to let you know when we arrive which was pretty meaningless as I suggested between 2 and 3 and we had to wait until exactly 3 to check in when we arrived at 2:30 but that wasn't a huge deal just interesting that you had us provide our ETA when it didn't matter. The unit itself was disgusting. I don't pay 1700 for 3 nights and expect perfection but the first impression was a crooked tv, then as we got settled in, the carpet is terribly old and dirty with stains, the walls and doors especially have dirty hand marks all over, the doors and closets have mounds of dust as do all vents. Broken tile in the master bath and the master bath toilet seat must have been replaced, it wasn't even screwed on which I had to do myself. There are 3 locations of visible water stains on the ceiling from the unit above. We all felt dirty in the unit and it needs new flooring, new paint and a deep clean beyond countertops. The cabs were hardly stocked with any dinnerware or glasses. Just dirty and not worth 500 per night, at best 150 is what you might expect to pay. I took pics of everything.

− There's nothing I didn't like in this one at all I loved everything and just to feel at home relaxing in a quiet place it made me feel so good and want to come back but in this one at all times that I come back I really felt so much at home.
Overall it was a bad stay for me with them things not working.
10.0The front room the kitchen both bathrooms both bedrooms.
− I didn't like that it was only two remotes and the one in front room didn't even work and in one of the rooms the remote wasn't in there and the washer and dryer machine was not working at all I was mad about all these things so my stay was very poorly do to them I couldn't do and please do not put me in the room 202 anymore I loved room 103 so please keep me there or anything other ones on first floor please and thank you.
