− I didn't like that the host was not trying to be accommodating and kept telling me when I messaged her that could I clarify stuff which was already clarified and she also never got back with me before my money was taken. if I could get upstairs and downstairs with a person in a wheelchair. The beach was not a 2-minute walk and also couldn't access that. It was a bunch of flight of stairs getting down to the beach. The ad needs to be much clearer on the property and what it offers on the the site. says five stars treatment if that's five stars what they had inside for us. Dirty house at least according to my standards I guess some people just don't care about the things that I care about I'm sure if the shoe is turned and it was the host that was trying to rent something that expensive she would have wanted it the way I would have expected it to be

10.0We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Leucadia, Encinitas! The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, and the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to cook meals at home. Full-size washer and dryer for convenience. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the beach and plenty of great restaurants nearby. The neighborhood is peaceful and relaxing, yet close to everything. Our kids had fun with SuperPac-Man and the mini pool. This is a fantastic place for families or anyone looking to enjoy the best of Encinitas. We’d love to come back!
