7.0Great studio with modern amenities. Large outdoor area for dog to do his business. Beach within 15min walk, well equipped kitchen, water views from the street, easy check-in and check-out
− Deck had a few holes in them, place faces princess highway (slight traffic noise), bed and doors were creaking, no option to sit and relax inside other than the bed
Entry not great and place was unlocked.
7.0− No instructions to enter property. Needed to ring owner. Entry had uneven stairs and some with no handrail. Cleaner stacked dishwasher from previous guest and we needed to wait until cycle finished and then unpack.
Clean, quiet, close to beach, everything you need.

9.0It was quite new so in good order. The bathroom was lovely. Nice open space for pets - we took our dog.
− There are several steps to reach the property so one needs to be able to navigate steps easily.
