in realtà non sono camere, ma appartamenti con ampia camera da letto e ampio soggiorno. Vi è anche una cucina comune perfettamente attrezzata. Proprietari molto disponibili , ci hanno molto aiutato per problemi con l'auto. ottima posizione vicino al corso e ad un bar gelateria aperto all'alba

Vicinanza al Monte Catria

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Abbiamo scelto questo B&B per la vicinanza con il monte Catria, dove abbiamo fatto un'escursione. La stanza era pulita e le indicazioni sia per parcheggiare sia per raggiungere il locale sono state chiare. Poco fuori la struttura ci sono bar e locali dove poter fare colazione o cenare. Il materasso è stato sorprendentemente comodo. Abbiamo dormito per due notti dove non c'è stato bisogno del ventilatore messo a disposizione.

− Le due uniche pecche sono state date dal bidet che perdeva e il phon; per ultimo si potrebbe aggiungere un adattatore o un'altra presa tedesca al di fuori del bagno.

Owner did not meet me at the property for familiarization. Just sent instructions for a keybox code and which room was mine. Lights on hallway and stairs are on an extremely short timer and you are left in the dark on very steep stairs. I was able to check in early since it had not been occupied. There was a major storm and it was very cold, but the heat was not on. No heat at all coming from the ratiators. I contacted the owner by message about the lack of heat and they said they had to wait until another guest returned before the heat could be turned on because access was in that unit! WHAT? I waited 4 hours under a blanket , but it kept getting colder and colder. Finally, I informed the owner that this was unacceptable and I was leaving. The room was large and fairly nicely furnished, but it had not been professionally renovated or well cleaned. Carpet in living area looked like it had not been cleaned or vacuumed in months . Plaster and wood chips on the floor and corners. Dead insects and spiders. All around bad. Don't stay here. I didn't and am contacting booking.com about this experience.
