10.0Die Wohnung ist mit dem Bus (Nr. 154) vom PABT in NY sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Schlüsselübergabe war mit einer Schlüsselbox und Code unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war für meine Zwecke perfekt: Größe, Aufteilung, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, man kann sehr gut schlafen, ein Lebensmittelgeschäft fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr nett. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und freue mich schon aufs nächste Mal.

8.0Location was very good for something outside of manhattan. Within 30-40 min you can get to Port Authority. Nothing extraordinary, but it was clean and neighbourhood save. Good value for moneY

7.0Hell und freundlich,Balkon nach hinten raus sehr schön, Gegend ist okay. Transferbusse nach NJC nahe.
− Klimaanlage und Rollo lm Schlafzimmer kaputt, Geschirr sehr reduziert vorhanden. Zahnpasta und Essensreste von Vormietern noch vorhanden.
