9.0Very well appointed, had everything you need in the apartment. Clean and comfortable. Spacious apartment with a lovely courtyard to the rear and off street parking. Central to everywhere, town centre, metro, sea front and walkable to Teignmouth. Very responsive owners. Highly reccommended
