Très bel appartement pour visiter Bensheim

J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour dans ce logement très bien équipé et extrêmement bien situé ! J'ai séjourné à Casa Bergstraße pour des raisons professionnelles et j'ai été ravie de la flexibilité pour le check-in et le check-out. L'appartement est grand et aménagé avec goût, on s'y sent bien. La literie est très confortable, il y a beaucoup d'espaces de rangement et il y a suffisamment de vaisselles et ustensiles pour cuisiner convenablement.

− Malheureusement la réservation initiale pour la Casa 3, qui correspondait aux photos de cette annonce, n'a pas pu avoir lieu car l'appartement n'était finalement pas disponible à réservation pour cette période. Sans explications explicites, ce fut pour moi une surprise à mon arrivée dans un autre appartement. Une autre chose est qu'à mon arrivée le ménage n'était pas parfait car j'ai trouvé un paquet de cigarettes usagé dans le salon et certaines assiettes/bols étaient simplement rangés sales dans les placards. Un bruit de ventilation non-stop est un peu dérangeant, surtout audible dans le salon/bureau mais n'empêche toutefois pas de dormir.

Wir werden hier nicht mehr buchen.

− Die Wohnung war noch nicht zu Ende renoviert, außerdem war schlecht geputzt und Pfannen verschmutzt. Auch waren Steckdosen nicht vollständig montiert, es stand noch altes Möbel darin und das Treppenhaus stand voll mit Sperrmüll. Der Schlüssel lag noch nicht bereit, obwohl die Uhrzeit vereinbart war, ein Entgegenkommen auf den Preis fand nicht statt, es gab für diesen Zustand keinen Nachlass. Es wurde nach Beschwerde zwar nochmals gereinigt, aber bis dahin hatten wir selbst nachgebessert, da wir sonst das Geschirr hätten nicht nutzen wollen. Es ist aber möglich, dass inzwischen alles hergerichtet ist, aber die Wohnung hätte zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht vermietert werden dürfen.

Leider zu teuer für eine Person.

− Sehr viele Stufen bis in die 3. Etage. Sehr schlechtes, in die Jahre gekommenes Treppenhaus.

Pleasant apartment in Bensheim

The apartment looked exactly like the pictures. It was clean and fully functional. The location is very good — close the the train station and city center. Checking in and out was easy.

− It’s not that I don’t like it — but maybe a suggestion thay it will be good to have laundry and ironing facilities in the property.

The stairs - should add the way the stairs are going up to the apartment !

Location

− For a young person/couple would have been perfect ! For seniors (69 and 68 myself and wife) not so much! The stairs to hard to go up and down (narrow) hard to bring luggage up and down (coming and going)
