9.0Quiet location close to beach. Small but spacious and comfortable accommodation. Lovely views of the trees and bushland with the birds and wildlife. Easy access despite some other reviews saying the entry road was an issue. Helpful after hours assistance with rectifying my error accessing the lockbox
Lucky we had lovely weather due to opening and closing gate.

8.0Neat and tidy studio, very private and quiet location with easy access to Greenfields beach and reserve, walking trails, not too far from Vincentia shops. Host was very responsive to problem with washing machine - thank you.
− Access to studio awkward and could be an issue if there is heavy rain as driveway is rough, unsealed and subject to ground slippage. It would be better if access and parking could be allowed via Frederick St.
