9.0We love the location which is perfect for the purpose of the trip to show our daughter a couple of schools in Cambridge. We really appreciate the quick responses from the landlord.
− Since this is a small apartment, things are not exactly what we expected for the amount we paid for. We found it a little hard at the beginning when we arrived at the flat. I guess people just have a right expectation that it is a small apartment but comfortable.
Need better parking couch and host.

− Parking was not readily available and open times had to park blocks away. Host seemed more interested about the parking pass than about your stay.

8.0The apartment is very nicely decorated, super clean and cozy. location is very convenient, walking distance to MIT.
− The parking space is tight. there’s big puddle in front of the door after the rain.
Amazing family stay, felt like staying at home.
10.0The property was really well maintained and had all the amenities we wanted (well stocked kitchen, AC, dish washer, washer/drier, etc). we also liked the location close to MIT and Kendall Square for excellent dining, cafes, etc.
