10.0Posizione centralissima. L’ appartamento completamente ristrutturato dotato di due camere matrimoniali con aria condizionata e due bagni con doccia.

1.0− Capitati in un weekend a dir poco bollente, appartamemto descritto con aria condizionata, ma l'aria condizionata non andava, se non come ventilatore. Abbiamo contattato subito l'host (uscito di casa da neanche 5 minuti), che non si è premurato neanche di tornare a controllare e ci ha detto che forse era finito il gas nei condizionatori, comunicando poi di aver poi contattato un fantomatico tecnico che prima di lunedì non sarebbe uscito. Gran presa in giro, anche perché il gas nei condizionatori non si esaurisce nel giro di poche ore. Nell'appartamento non si poteva fisicamente stare, letteralmente un forno crematorio. Pochissimo rispetto per gli ospiti paganti e weekend rovinato.

8.0Vooral de locatie is perfect. Dichtbij het centrum/haven. Ook makkelijk om Rapallo uit te komen om dagtripjes te maken. En dichtbij het treinstation. Superleuke/-goede restaurants. Mimmo is een echte topper die je voorziet van hele goede tips en zeer behulpzaam is.
− Vooral het parkeren was drama. Zodra je een goede plek hebt gevonden moet je de auto vooral laten staan en de trein pakken. Locatie heeft geen lift dus je moet wel 7 trappen op. Voor ons mogen de matrassen vervangen worden. De spiralen waren helaas iets te goed voelbaar. 😪
