THE ONLY THINGS WORTH IT WERE THE AMENITIES LIKE POOLS, WATER PARK AND BUFFET RESTAURANT
6.0THE POOLS WERE PLENTY, THE BEACH WAS GREAT AND THE WATER PARK WAS QUITE FUN FOR THE LITTLE ONES.
− CHECK IN EXPERIENCE WAS LIKE A 2 STAR HOTEL. ILIA PALMS BUILDING LOOKS LIKE IT USED TO BE AN ABANDONED BUILDING FROM THE 60S OR 70S THAT WAS PATCHED UP ON A VERY TIGHT BUDGET. THE ROOM FURNITURE AND BEDS ARE OF TERRIBLE QUALITY AND THE GENERAL AESTHETIC OF THE ROOMS GIVE A VERY CHEAP HOTEL VIBE. THE INITIAL EXPERIENCE WHEN WE ARRIVED WAS THAT WE WERE DECEIVED CONSIDERING THE COST TO STAY THERE.

9.0The staff was extraordinary every single one! Very impressive. The hotel is nice. The buffet was awesome. Nice variety and tasty.
− Getting towels for pool/beach were located in one spot inconveniently situated. Bathrooms were not very clean and very stuffy. Also being asked to tip at check out is tacky.
