6.0The place appeared as it was advertised and had a comfortable sitting area outside with partial views of the ocean.
− We booked a two week stay at this vacation rental. On the 11th day, we witnessed a crime involving a fire arm that took place just outside the gates of the complex. We were putting out the garbage/recycling and preparing to head out on a day trip. We were fortunate not to have been injured or worse. The police were involved and we provided a statement at the station. It left us quite shaken and we decided not to stay the additional 4 nights. We were concerned for our safety since the perpetrator had not been apprehended. This event had a profound effect on both of us.
