10.0This was a very nice property. The host was very helpful and even arranged a tour for us last minute. It is in a quiet country setting, away from the busy city. It was so nice to have a delicious breakfast waiting for us every morning. We really enjoyed our stay!

Pleasant country side spot and good starting point for visits around.
9.0Nice and quiet location which suits well those liking the peaceful setup outside crowded cities. Still close to major Emilia-Romagna or Tuscany cities. Very clean. Very kind host. Note: on navigation apps you should choose La Collinetta instead of the address on Booking which may point you on a remote spot.

10.0The owner is super friendly and helpful. She speaks good English too and was happy to accommodate our wishes and spend time with us answering our questions about the area. Room was big enough for two and warm and sunny in winter. Highly recommend. Would stay there again.
