WARNING: Host lied about private amenities. Unsanitary and misleading.
1.0We liked the location overall. And the house was in a good condition. If it wasn't for the lying manager and unmet expectation we would be satisfied with the stay. But the fact That we had to argue with the manager and still couldn't use the promised amenities just ruined the trip.
− Do not book this property if you are looking for the "private" jacuzzi and sauna advertised. The host explicitly lied to us via chat before we arrived, stating these facilities were private and belonged to the apartment. In reality, they are shared with the entire building. The main issues we faced: Broken Promises: The host tried to set a "reservation" system, but other guests ignored it and even crossed our names off the list. We couldn't use the facilities for 3 out of 5 days. Hygiene & Safety: We saw other guests completely naked in the jacuzzi with the camera being blocked by their underwear, and there was broken glass everywhere. It was completely unsanitary. Host Attitude: The manager admitted in writing that they "misled" us but refused any refund. We ended up spending significantly more money on public facilities because the ones here were unusable and misrepresented. Booking customer support tried contacting the property, but the property manager just ignored the request.

10.0Mieszkanie bardzo wygodne, było wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy. Bardzo czysto i przyjemnie. Miły upominek dla gości i bezproblemowa możliwość korzystania z jaccuzzi. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Komfortowa łazienka. Czyste ręczniki i pościele, wygodne łóżka. Serdecznie polecam.
− W łazience trochę chłodno.
