8.0Buona la posizione della struttura, inserita in un residence curato; comoda e rispondente alle esigente la tipologia di appartamento; ottima esposizione che mantiene la casa fresca.
− Andrebbe istallato il WIFI che non c'è, a differenza di quanto detto in piattaforma. Andrebbero integrate un pò le suppellettili e fatta qualche manutenzione (scarico doccia e supporto doccia, pressione dell'acqua bassa in alcuni orari della giornata)
