Wohnung größtenteils ok, Umgang mit Kunden katastrophal

Im hinteres Badezimmer kam ein unfassbarer Gestank aus dem Abfluss der Dusche! Man konnte wirklich kaum atmen! Der Rest der Wohnung war sauber und ok!

− Die vorher beschriebene Parkmöglichkeit lag weit von der Unterkunft entfernt! Auf meine Beschwerde hin, wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes die Information, es gäbe Parkmöglichkeiten, gestrichen! Zudem wurde zu keinem Zeitpunkt erwähnt, dass die Wohnung in einem steilen, engen Bergdorf liegt! Unsere gesamte Ausrüstung musste unbewacht, weit von der Unterkunft gelegen, über Nacht im Auto bleiben. Eine Bitte um Reduzierung des Übernachtungspreises um 20% wurde vollständig abgelehnt, obwohl mir von der Vermieterin schriftlich bestätigt wurde, dass bei Auswahl der Unterkunft eine Parkoption ( die ich explizit gesucht habe) beschrieben war!

La casa está fenomenal, tiene un equipamiento, que no le faltaba ningún detalle tenían de todo y estaba muy limpia. La dueña fue muy amable y estuvo pendiente de todo. El sitio es precioso, está ubicado en una zona de montaña.
