Nice location. Somewhat maintained facilities. Get what you pay for.
8.0Very close to pool and beach.
− Very musty smell. It’s still in our clothes. Uncomfortable, stained furniture. Bed was acceptable. We also heard our upstairs neighbor (in more detail than I want to describe) utilize their bathroom facilities. Our least favorite property at IOP in many years coming. Unfortunately the beach near property is very eroded compared to rest of island.

We enjoyed our stay.
8.0The view from the balcony was nice and the landscaping of live oaks and palm trees were well cared for. The beach was nearby. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed except for potholders.
− The parking lot flooded under our car during a storm and parts of it remained flooded until a crew came to work on it several days later. We are not sure if this is a onetime happening or if it happens often. It might be nice to have a newer hairdryer since it looked like it was dirty. It would help to have potholders in the kitchen. Everything else was clean.
