1.0They cancelled the night before my arrival date
− This property had free cancellation until 6th August and I had booked since June 2nd. On the 7th August they messaged me to cancel my side as they could no longer accommodate me which would of resulted in me losing my money. I had to get booking.com to resolve and then had to find alternative accommodation the day before I was due to arrive in London. Wouldn't answer my calls and seemed like a scam. AVOID

7.0Great location
− Someone in building was very noisy all night, and I didn't feel safe
I could't stay here - too disgusting.
1.0It was horrific. I'm amazed that Booking.com will allow this dump on their website.
− It was filthy and uninhabitable. I had to book in to the Premier Inn. The host was completely disinterested and refused to give a refund. This place is vile.
