Minor Imperfections or Filth…
1.0The location was perfect!
− The property was unpleasant to stay in due to areas of concern of uncleanliness: gritty floor, countertops/dish rack, dirty mini fridge (with leftover cheese from the previous occupants, maybe the water as well), stained mini couch and stained towels/washcloths. I cannot attest for the bed linen, however after viewing the 1st areas of concern there was no need to search any further. Also, while a nice gesture…expires snacks. My family & I left the space immediately to find another place to stay. Disappointed I’m limited to only 4 images here, however all images were provided to Omar requesting a full refund. While initially the space was deemed as “minor imperfections” & that others “have enjoyed their stay” a partial refund was offered. Upon my escalation & images a full refund was given.
Great value for the price!! Overall a wonderful stay
9.0Location was wonderful. It was easy to get to the venue where we were working. Responsiveness to issue with hot water was timely and was resolved within an hour.
− Hot water ran out on Friday night when one of us was showering. It was resolved quickly and we had no further issues for the rest of our stay. Room was small, but cozy.
Small room but cozy
9.0Over all the stay was fine. It’s in a great location. The property owner responded very quickly to my concerns and checked in ever so often to make sure everything was fine. I would definitely recommend.
− When we stayed it was a lot of snow which is out of the property owners control but there was a lot of ice on the floor I actually almost fell a couple times
