Tuvimos un problema con las instalaciones de agua del edificio, pero la propietaria nos dio solución

1.0− Bad stay, awful landlady. We stayed 2 nights only When we arrived the wifi was not working. We had to wait 3 hours to get internet. It is notable that this was a working trip, and that we were working from the flat, both of us, with visioconferences. Second day, there was no water, and no electricity till 15h30. It was because there was construction work on the neighborhood, which was settle weeks ago and all the landlords were notified. Which means the host knew there was work and the flat was not rentable, but she did it anyway... Impossible to shower in the morning to go out, and also (fun fact) the flat was on the 20th floor (more or less) and the elevators were not working. When we said that to the host, she just said, well I can reimburse you the second night, but you cannot spend the second night on the flat you have to leave now (it was during pm on the second day). First this makes no sense, as it is obvious we wont pay the second night if we do not stay the 2nd night. I said I was working at my conference (was the obj of the trip), and couldnt come back before the end of the activities, around 11pm. She said that was my problem then. Such a nice lady.

10.0The apartment is perfectly located and very close to the beach. We received all the necessary information from the host to make the whole experience as smooth as possible. The apartment itself was very well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. The balcony is comes with a great view.
