Good location, good quiet apartment. I wanted a bit more leadership from the host during the issue.

− Booking.com triple booked and I had people walking in on me in the morning and it was a bit stressful dealing with the situation.

6.0I loved the fact that Flanagan's is right behind the studio so when they cook all the fragrant food leave a mouth watering taste in the air. I liked that I did not have to share the outdoor area or the studio with anyone else
− I did not like that the security cameras kept getting turned into the house and studio so that whoever was behind it could actively watch and invade the renters privacy. I also did not like that there was no parking despite there being and empty drive way. There is street parking however the street is super busy and you have to walk a far distance to get inside. Flanagans is directly behind the studio so you can hear them slamming dumpsters and ice into buckets. (Not quiet with thin windows pains from the 70's. When I first got there it was dirty. I had to spend an hr and a half plus the one roll of paper towel to clean the place. There is no housekeeping and even the sheets had crumbs in the bed. The stove had so much grime I bought my own air fryer.

8.0The place had everything you need - a full kitchen with a fridge/freezer. Bed was ok. Tv was good. Free wifi. Bathroom good. A/c was great.
− When I got there there wasn't any kettle or tea towels. I contacted the owner but they didn't do anything about it. A few dollars buying them would have left me as a happier customer. The neighborhood was a bit noisy at night with bins being changed from the commercial property over the fence.
We were able to be close by to family and it was quiet and pleasant neighborhood.
10.0The place was 2 min from family and less then 10 to the beach and airport was close by too.
− Needed a few more shelves and hooks for towels in the restroom and maybe a shower curtain. This is just recommended and minimal.
