10.0L'appartamento è molto carino, ampio, accogliente, luminoso e molto pulito. Nelle immediate vicinanze della palazzina c'è un parcheggio gratuito e anche altri parcheggi a pagamento. La posizione è centrale, vicino al fiume e si può raggiungere il lago o il centro a piedi. Lo consiglio.

8.0Posizione ottima, parcheggio (a pagamento) vicino e molto comodo. In pochi minuti a piedi si arriva all’imbarco traghetti, negozi alimentari e altro

10.0Bardzo duży i przestronny apartament. Ręczniki i pościel na miejscu. Właściciel pozwolił nam się chwilę wcześniej zameldować. Późne wymeldowanie do 13. Do plaży około 7/10 minut pieszo. Przy obiekcie jest bar z kawą i alkoholem. Apartament piętrowy, dwie łazienki, balkon. Na spokojnie zmieści się 6 osób (sypialnia na górze, w salonie dwie rozkładane kanapy). Byłam tutaj wcześniej i zdecydowanie polecam. Apartament bardzo czysty. W budynku jest winda (apartament na 1 piętrze). Jeśli kiedyś jeszcze będę w Dervio to zdecydowanie wybiorę ponownie ten obiekt. Polecam ! ❤️
