− Just something small. It would be nice to have milk in the fridge, bread and butter. Maybe even a cereal. The wine was appreciated but would much rather the above.
Live like a local
10.0The views of the sea are stunning. We enjoyed the balconies on both floors of the apartment (bedrooms on the lower floor, living areas on the upper floor). We had plenty of space and were very comfortable in the house. The host stocked the kitchen with essentials (oil, spices, foil, pans, dishes, etc.) so that cooking a meal or two was easy. A fruit/vegetable market and a supermarket are nearby, as well as some good restaurants. The neighborhood is a quiet, residential neighborhood away from the tourist parts of town. Try restaurant Al Vesuvio for great pizza, salad and wine; it is within walking distance.
− The apartment is a long walk from the beach; a family with little children would likely need a car to get there and back.
This is a quiet apartment in a residential suburb. It was perfect for us and I look forward to returning!
