10.0We loved the location of this home, right off the sound! It was lovely just to sit and watch the boats sail while drinking my coffee in the mornings. The neighborhood is really quiet and peaceful as well.
− There's not much to dislike here, the biggest issue is some of the lamps on the side tables do not work, I think the bulbs may be out.

10.0The home was clean and well stocked of supplies needed. The location was also good. Loved sitting on the deck to the sunrise and sunsets. Good neighbors also.

10.0Our stay in this little gem was delightful! The location was ideal, and the view was lovely. Very well appointed and clean. Comfortable beds, great towels, well-stocked kitchen supplies, and a sweet hammock! Mornings sipping coffee on the dock were the best! We'll definitely be back.
− The door lock (or rather, unlock) stuck a bit. You had to pull the door towards you when unlocking for it to fully retract. Once we got the hang of it, it was fine. But we initially called Maintenance because we thought we were locked out. Also, PLEASE add a tub mat in the downstairs bathroom. The floor of the tub is quite slick and I was concerned I might fall. Otherwise, PERFECTION!
