Overall a good place to stay.
8.0Good location, easy to park, loved the heated pool right outside the door.
− It needs better ventilation. No exhaust fan in bathroom, and the whole place felt a little damp. Towels not drying, sheets feeling damp. Rugs looked dirty.

1.0The apartment itself was very beautiful and the location was excellent. Unfortunately, my experience with the rental company completely ruined the stay
− Despite booking and paying in full through Booking.com, I received an excessive number of emails both before and after my stay. I was even required to sign an additional contract after payment had already been made, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional. What really crossed the line was that after I had already stayed there and checked out, I continued to receive multiple messages requesting photos of my ID and a personal photo. I have never experienced anything like this before. It felt intrusive and completely unreasonable given that everything was already paid for and completed. 👎 Because of this poor and stressful communication, I would not recommend this rental company, despite the nice apartment itself.

8.0Las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias. Con buen televisor, muchos canales y lindos adornos.
− Me quedaron de enviar el codigo para entrar a la cabaña a las 3 de la tarde y no lo hicieron. Desde las 12 de ese mismo dia pedí que me lo enviaran y no lo hicieron. Llamé mucho y envié varios mails. En uno me.contestaron que no existia reserva a mi nombre. Lo que implica una mala comunicación y gestión interna. Finalmente a través de una amiga y dsp de esperar una hora y media afuera, enviaron a una persona a ayudarnos. Esta persona, Armando, fue amable y nos ayudó adecuadamente. No pueden presumir que todos los huespedes no norteamericanos cuenten con roaming o bateria de celular por lo que sugiero anticipar el documento para recibir el codigo al menos un dia antes, ya que la reserva estaba pagada.
