Worst experience of my life! Stay away!

Property is in a dodgy area and main door is left unlocked, leaving hall and flats exposed to vandalism. In fact some post boxes look broken when you get in. Doesn’t feel safe. I didn’t like anything about the property. Key was hard to get too in a dirty unsafe area away from the flat. I did not like anything about it.

− Communication with owner is non existing as too many parties! You’re on your own if you need help! Especially if arriving after 7pm. Check in process unclear and hiding place for key far from actual flat. Plus you find out about it all too late if you don’t complete online form with photo ID. It’s not clear you need to complete that form… we ended up paying for a hotel instead as it’s all so disorganised, wasted money and we’re left outside in the dark. When you message they may email instead, not respond or call back and they will gaslight and invalidate you.

− Dreadful Location..very dodgy area: drug dealing from certain flats in complex with threats; vandalism issues; gangs and car repairs in car park! Advised not to park anywhere other than allocated...which we couldn't find. Beds smelly, have you tried wearing a mask in bed; towels and bedding were old and not too clean. Cooker and hob were filthy as was sink and drains stank. bedroom window faulty so lots of road noise through night. Toilet in ensuite loose and shower full of black mould. Main door to flats left open all night. Abused by guy selling drugs from one of the flats and threatened. The furniture was out of the 80's, creaky and smelly, rugs filthy. Very tired and smelly..totally disgusted at this property and at Booking.com for no checking it out. Absolute nightmare and totally different to that advertised and reviewed. We waited to post this review as we have photographs that show we left this property a lot cleaner than when we arrived and will provide those if this host dares to say we caused any issues!
