1.0− Все кругом в мусоре. Сотрудники отеля постоянно ходят болтают по телефону, вместо того чтобы выполнять прямы обязанности. Весь пляж в мусоре. В море в воде плавает мусор очень много, видео не дает загрузить. Прожили одни сутки из семи, решили уехать. Управляющий отеля обещал вернуть всю сумму, однако про отмене через букинг, администрация отеля посчитала нужным удержать с нас средства за двое суток. Итого прожив одни сутки на мусорной свалке, мы заплатили за двое суток 200 тысяч рублей. Это очень хорошо демонстрирует клиентоориентированность и лояльность администрации отеля. Написал им письмо на электронную почту, так они даже не ответили. Питание в гостинице это отдельная история. Кругом мухи и тараканы. Еду бросают как свиньям, вот такое отношение к гостям.
Это наш любимый отель. Приезжаем сюда много лет подряд и никуда больше не хочется. Персонал очень отзывчивый и всегда го

9.0Yediğimiz ve içtiğimiz her şey çok kaliteliydi. Odamızı ücretsiz olarak upgrade etmeleri de çok hoş bir jest oldu. Çalışanlarla ilgili hiçbir sorun yaşamadık; hepsi son derece ilgili, özenli ve güler yüzlüydü. Tekirova'nın denizi zaten çok güzel, plajı da oldukça başarılıydı. Soft içecekler ve biralar şişeyle servis ediliyor. Barlarda sunulan alkollü içecekler de bilinen kaliteli markalardı. Havuzlar ve odalar çok temizdi. Genel olarak hijyen konusunda otelin hiçbir yerinde herhangi bir sorunla karşılaşmadık.
− Açık büfede Türk mutfağına ait lezzetlerin daha çeşitli olmasını beklerdim, en azından farklı günlerde farklı seçenekler sunulabilirdi. Aynı şekilde tercih ettiğimiz à la carte restoranın yemekleri lezzetliydi, ancak çeşit konusunda biraz zayıf kaldığını düşünüyorum. Servis konusunda ise şöyle bir durum vardı: Çalışanlar bazen üst üste birkaç kez ilgilenip bir ihtiyacımız olup olmadığını soruyorlardı, ancak sonrasında uzun süre ortalıkta görünmedikleri oluyordu. Bir de bizim için otelde çocuk sayısı oldukça fazlaydı. :)
