Vergane glorie op een mooie lokatie
6.0Hotel ziet er van een afstand mooi uit, maar is wel wat vergane glorie. Ligging, net buiten centrum van Borjomi, is mooi. Ontbijt was prima, met ruime keuze.
− Onaardig en ongeïnteresseerd personeel. Buiten zwembad en bar onverwacht dicht, zonder uitleg. Het hotel is een beetje vergane glorie en doet op sommige plekken meer aan een ziekenhuis/bejaardenhuis denken dan een hotel (er zijn ook medische ingrepen mogelijk).

− The staff was not very friendly at check-in, verging on rude Breakfast was quite boring and consisted to 50 % of sweets The indoors pool area was quite run down The sauna was supposed to be on between 18 and 22 but seemed to have broken down
