Great location however disappointed with presentation of the unit.
5.0The unit is located in a great spot with water views. Easy walk to Tuncurry shops Cafe and Rock pool .
− Property is looking very tired and could use some updating. Cleaning and maintenance needs some attention.

− Lounge -tired Utensils - old Jug - leaked Pots and pans need replacing
Disappointing for the price. Property needs some money spent on it.

− Main lounge room light didn’t work and cover was off so the property knew before our arrival. Cleaning was average. Heater didn’t work. Couldn’t open and shut the second bedroom sliding door. At one stage my child was stuck in there - not acceptable! No Hairdryer in bathroom, who doesn’t provide a hairdryer! Informed property agent, said Maintenance would call - never did. TV stopped working, sound would work but no picture. That was fun. Definitely didn’t get our moneys worth. Shame really.

− Poor reception Tv keep losing signal Poor couch furniture old looking pictures tell a lie Lounge light bulb flashing Kitchen running tap water brown colour No tea towels and bathroom floor mats available Apparently it's a bring your own linen accommodation wasn't notified untill arrival and hire linen with a cost No fan in shower to let excess steam from shower escape So plates used weren't washed properly had previous food stains on it
