10.0The apartment was lovely, the pull out bed really easy to use, nice and secure apartment. Ideal location for anyone wanting to stay in Monza

Stay away. Does not deserve the price and the attitude.
1.0Good location near the center. Not very near the train station.
− There was nowhere stated in the description of the flat that there is NO LIFT as the flat is located on the 2nd floor and there are quite steep stairs to get there. This made our stay extremely difficult as I was traveling with an old person and we had luggage to carry with us. As I was traveling for work and I was working really long hours there was not possible to find another place and move there. The owners denied any refund or compensation for their FALSE description as obviously this information was emitted from the description on purpose!! Stay away! Small flat WITHOUT LIFT on the 2nd floor for almost 120euros per night doesn’t deserve this. The owners should obtain a more professional attitude instead of hiding important information. For the rest I have to say that it was quite noisy with uncomfortable bed.

9.0The apartment is very beautiful and it's very close to the city centre (and about 20 minutes to the train station). Very good option for a few nights.
− During check out, we had to leave the keys on the locker on the 2nd floor, but needed the key to open the front door, so it is a bit confusing and frustrating. (There is no elevator which can be a bit difficult with a lot of luggage)
