A great pool and beautiful gardens although the villa would benefit from some renovation
7.0The villa is in a beautiful, quiet rural location. The gardens are beautiful and the pool is excellent (although cold in October!). The villa is an interesting old building (but some facilities are in need of upgrade).
− Overall the house was comfortable but several things could be improved, (e.g. one of the cooker rings didn't work, one of the showers doesn't work very well, there wasn't enough hot water for three showers in a row, a door fixture makes it very difficult to close one of the bedroom doors...). With a bit of repair and renovation the villa could be really excellent. The instructions for visitors could be more friendly and helpful.

− nothing. was a little way out so needed car and wouldn't fancy driving home in dark. Not a deal breaker but no washing up liquid, cloths, dishwasher tablets - just take your own - best advise
