9.0The cleanliness of the apartment. The huge balcony and beautiful view. The balcony furniture was very comfortable. The bed is comfy, too. Also liked the glass louvers without the metal framing, very pretty. Everything was very nice. There's chairs, umbrella and cooler for your needs. Great! There's games also to use to kill time if it's raining. Great codo rental. I would return!
− The front door to the apartment has louvers but would not seal shut completely, and the hot air would keep the apartment hot due to cross ventilation to the louvers' glass windows. The AC would not keep the apartment cold. I had to buy a shower curtain and cover the door louvers so the AC could cool the apartment. A solid door would do the job. I know that's for people who do not like AC and like the wind running through the apartment, which is also nice. So I was able to keep the AC contained in the apartment and really only had to use 1 AC because they work very good. 1 AC cooled the whole apartment!! Also you save in electricity if you were to have a solid door. Just a little advice to the condo owner. The missing windows in the hallway were a little scary. Everything was very nice. I would return. Thank you for everything!
Terrible experience
1.0− No arrangements to receive the apartment. Nobody knew I was coming, nobody answered the calls. Couldnt check in.

− Outdated building with broken windows in the hallways leading up to the room and no electricity and water when tropical storm Ernesto came. Didn’t get to use the pool since it was locked and key couldn’t open it. Access to beach was difficult since we couldn’t come back through the gated door that we entered had to walk too far around the whole block to get to our building.
