5.0Švaru,tvarkinga,yra beveik viskas kas reikalinga trumpai viešnagei.
− Sklinda labai didelis triukšmas nuo gatve važiuojančių automobilių ir didelį triukšmą skleidžia paukščiai. Esant karštam orui tai kelia didelį nepatogumą,nes reikia atsidaryti langus. Gal kažkiek situaciją pataisyt tai,,jei bute būtų paprastas ventiliatorius. Mažoka dvivietė lova. Nėra lygintuvo. Blogas kvapas laiptinėje ir koridoriuje.

10.0Квартира отличная, понравилось все. Хороший ремонт, новая красивая мебель, в квартире есть все для комфортного проживания, удобная кровать. Вся сантехника и бытовые приборы новые, все чистенько и удобно! Квартира находится на 3 этаже в тихом районе и практически в центре города. Все в пешей доступности, рядом несколько торговых центраов. У дома , всегда доступна бесплатная парковка. Очень комфортное заселение, на входной двери квартиры имеется кодовый , электронный замок. Сам дом не новый, но квартира просто превосходная, очень рекомендую. Из бытовых приборов , есть практически все, стиральная машина, чайник, капсульная кофеварка, тостер, новая современная плита, хороший телевизор. Не нашли тоько утюг, но это не кретично. Отличный интернет, телевизор работал без проблем. Будем еще в Лиепае, обязательно вернемся в эти апартаменты. Большое спасибо владельцу квартиры за комфортное проживание!

10.0Dzīvoklis bija akurāts, tīrs, moderns un, tā kā mūsu ceļojuma mērķis bija koncerta apmeklējums Liepājas Olimpiskajā centrā, kas atrodad 10min attālumā, no dzīvokļa, lokācija bija perfekta.
− Pati daudzdzīvokļu māja, kurā atradās dzīvoklis. Pirmais stāvs, ienākot iekšā smirdēja, bet to var paciest, jo dzīvoklītis bija lielisks.
Old building but a freshly renovated apartment which was clean and had what you needed.
10.0Clean, fresh and quiet for being close to the city centre. No keys to pick up, both outer door and inner door was with code, so it was an easy way to check in. Quiet neighbourhood for most of the week, so perfect for someone working the whole stay.
