Great Apartment for Groups with Challenging Access
7.0Spacious Terrace - The accommodation includes a spacious terrace which was greatly appreciated. Owner's Assistance - The owner was very helpful, providing transportation for grocery shopping on the first day and assisting with transportation to the train station on the last day. Proximity to Beach - The beach is approximately a 7-minute walk downhill. Great View - The accommodation offers a fantastic view.
− Challenging Access - The accommodation is situated on a hill, making access difficult without a car, especially in the Italian heat. Neglected Appliances - The dishwasher and washing machine appeared very neglected. Inconsistent Hot Water - There were significant issues with the hot water, which was either scalding hot for a few minutes or nonexistent. Limited Supplies - There was a shortage of toilet paper, trash bags and soap in the apartment. While these could likely be obtained from the owner, it would have been convenient if they were readily available.

9.0Location is fantastic and has the greatest view. Can walk to very nice beach in about 25 minutes. Note, steep walk (cost of the view) Host speak no English (like most people in Italy) but that was no problem and he was very helpful.
− No air conditioner in main room, only one shared between 3 bedrooms. Kitchen badly needs an upgrade. Furniture’s on terrace does in no way match the view
