The size and cleaness of the apartment. The proximity of downtown, shops and restaurants.

− We stayed at the property in the coldest days of January 2026 with 32 Fahrenheit and it was cold. The windows in the apartment are huge and the cold was creeping into the apartment and the heating couldnt keep up. Also the owner kept repeating that they try to accomodate early check in and late check out but wasnt flexible with either check in or check out, although in both cases we ask only for 1 hour flexibility. Also the surrandings weren't good, full of homeless people on the streets and a lot of noise from the highway.

The place was very clean, comfortable, and safe. The location is excellent; however, it can be a bit noisy at night due to the nearby freeway. Overall, everything else was perfect.
