I think the property has the best infrastructure in the area with a nice restaurant, pool table, bon fire, comfortable rooms. We had the room with AC and it was very nice, we saw the sunrise and moon rise from our bed. There is a small balcony to sit and admire the paddy fields. The washroom was also clean and with hot water. There is WiFi throughout the property. The staff including Manju, Golu, Ganesh and others are also very nice. The food is good, we had the sizzler and falafel plate and both were good. This is a very nice getaway from the daily chaotic life. A can or Beer is 350 rupees, food prices are same as all the other restaurants around. The AC rooms I think are important as I felt that without the AC it would get hot, specially during afternoon (My wife although has the view that it would have been fine without the AC as well) however. The view from the AC rooms is better from the ones without the AC.

− If you plan on partying and meeting new people, then maybe this place (Or Basapur) isn't for you, we stayed there for 2 nights and there were hardly any guests around. There is a local influence, both the days we saw a group of local people, at lunch and at dinner eating and drinking at the restaurant. On the first night we dined at the restaurant and played some pool. Later on around 10 pm the locals started playing local songs and dancing and shouting, which we did not like that much and went to the restaurant on the other side of the road. Hence, we did not done at the hotel the next day The choice of music played should be looked at, it wasn't the best. Also, if you plan to sleep or rest in the afternoon it will be difficult as you would hear the music from the rooms. The music will shut at 11 pm so if you are an early sleeper you may be disturbed. Maybe taking the room furthest to the restaurant might help so some extent. If you are looking for a secluded, comfortable stay with great views and not plan on meeting new people, I think this may be the best property in Basapur area. Suggestion to the Hotel: Maybe keep hot water kettles in the room so that guests can heat water.
