9.0Had a smooth check-in and check-out. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and very cosy. The decoration details really made the apartment feel warm and welcoming. We had all the necessities for the kitchen so we were able to cook our meals. Location was good, about 10-15min walk from the station and the same distance from the city centre. Tram and bus stops are nearby too. Hope we can stay here again!
− One negative was that the noise from the streets was quite loud, and it was difficult to have a good night's sleep. Maybe soundproofing the windows could be considered.

9.0Den Bildern entsprechende, schöne Wohnung mit guter Lage in Graz Lend. Kleiner bequemer Balkon. Für zwei Personen sehr gut geeignet. Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern verlief freundlich und problemlos. Empfehlenswert.
