10.0We booked this house at the last minute, around 10 PM. Gabriele was so kind to wait for us until 1:30 AM to welcome us, show us everything in the rooms, and let us in. Although the sitting room was closed, we didn't need it as we stayed for only about 8 hours. There were some construction materials downstairs, which made it clear they are working on enhancing the place. The rooms were big, and the bathrooms were clean. I 100% recommend this house.
− The only thing missing was a coffee maker.
