3.0− there were a number of issues that were poor including light fittings that had exposed electrical wires
Nice house. Warm and comfortable. Kitchen poorly equipped. Insufficient instructions re access.

− Kitchen was poorly equipped, eg no cafetière, only one cooking knife, barely enough cutlery. Information re finding the property (the front door is not on Denver Ave) and the key safe was insufficient, especially in the dark. Only one key for front door and the key is required to lock the door. No key for back door-only the French windows in a bedroom.
Poor property, very unclean, expect a refund!
1.0We were moved over to alternative accommodation which didn’t look like it had been used for a long time there’s cobwebs everywhere and spiders as well as the place not being generally clean at all, a massive disappointment for the price that we actually paid and we were lacking an extra bathroom which we were meant to get in the original accommodation.
