− Need to bring your own bed linen as the host doesn't provide it. No entertainment passes includes in booking.

− we checked in at 4 the caravan was very dirty the bedrooms looked like someone had slept in them, washing up was left out sink and cooker were dirty and the caravan smelt, there was no channels accessible on the television.The carpet had food crumbs and children's toys left out

A lovely place to stay and explore from
10.0Excellent, clean and comfortable property. Very close to onsite facilities, such as the pool, restaurant, amusements and bar. A few minutes walk to the beach and Jaywick, with the Martello tower visitor centre also nearby. Looking forward to staying again.
